MidAmerica Liners, Tube and Stop – The Tube and Stop, (TS) serves to control the lateral movement of the ballast system on the Lagoon Cover, the (TS) will restrict ballast pipe movement at the stop.  The TS is designed to preserve the integrity of the lagoon cover by failing at the TS mounting patch when subjected to excessive load.
